RANKCAST — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the RANKCAST application ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information.
1. No account, no personal data we collect ourselves
RANKCAST does not require sign-up or login. We do not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, location, or any other personally identifying information ourselves.
2. Data collected via third-party SDKs
The App uses the following third-party services. Each service collects data under its own privacy policy.

YouTube Data API v3 (Google LLC) — Used to fetch publicly available channel and video metrics. The App reads data only; it does not write or post on your behalf.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob, Google LLC) — Used to display banner ads. May collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown and every other feature continues to work.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC) — Collects anonymous app-usage events and crash diagnostics to help us fix bugs and improve the App. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. Data we do NOT collect
We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, or address.
We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
We do not collect precise location data.
4. Children's privacy
The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through Google's SDKs, please contact us.
5. Your choices
Decline ad tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle RANKCAST off. The App will continue to work; only ad personalization is disabled.
Reset advertising identifier: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → reset.
6. International transfers
Data collected by the third-party SDKs above may be processed on servers operated by Google LLC outside your country.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if required by law, notify users in-app.

RANKCAST는 회원가입 또는 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 위치 등 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 당사가 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 제3자 SDK를 통해 수집되는 정보
본 앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다. 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 데이터를 수집합니다.

YouTube Data API v3 (Google LLC) — 공개된 채널·영상 지표를 가져오는 데 사용합니다. 본 앱은 데이터를 읽기만 하며, 사용자 대신 작성·게시·댓글 등을 수행하지 않습니다.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob, Google LLC) — 배너 광고 노출에 사용합니다. 사용자가 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 허용한 경우에 한하여 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 수집될 수 있습니다. 거부하셔도 비개인화 광고만 노출되며 다른 모든 기능은 정상 동작합니다.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC) — 익명의 앱 사용 통계와 충돌 진단 정보를 수집하여 품질 개선에 활용합니다. 사용자 신원과 연결되지 않습니다.

3. 당사가 수집하지 않는 정보

4. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱의 연령 등급은 만 4세 이상이며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 Google SDK를 통해 정보를 제공한 정황이 있다면 아래 연락처로 알려주세요.
5. 사용자의 선택권
광고 추적 거부: iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → RANKCAST 토글 OFF. 앱은 정상 작동하며 광고 개인화만 중단됩니다.
광고 식별자 초기화: iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → 초기화.
6. 국외 이전
위 제3자 SDK가 수집한 정보는 Google LLC가 운영하는 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
7. 방침 변경
중대한 변경이 있을 경우 위 "최종 수정일"을 갱신하고, 필요 시 앱 내에서 안내합니다.
